Refund Policy

For any issues or questions about your order get in touch with Lucy directly on our contact page. 

Workshop tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another workshop, or the tickets value in embroidery kits, if you are unable to attend due to illness or outstanding circumstances.

Refunds are accepted for defective or incorrect items only. If you have any issues with items in the embroidery kits, contact Lucy for help, as replacements may be sent to you directly.
